Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school and active state bar license.
• Minimum 5 years of Immigration Attorney experience.
• Extensive experience in removal defense, re-entry, status, and residency.
• Proficient in legal research and writing; capable of drafting complex filings.
• Strong negotiation, litigation, and client counseling skills.
• Excellent communication and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert immigration law guidance from consultation to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research on immigration procedures and changes.
• Draft, review, and file immigration applications and petitions.
• Represent clients in immigration court and removal defense cases.
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, appeals, and motions.
• Negotiate with agencies and stakeholders to achieve best outcomes.
• Ensure compliance and manage a high-volume caseload.
