Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience practicing immigration law.
• Experience representing clients in immigration court.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, bilingual with Spanish-English.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes on potential clients.
• Evaluate clients for potential immigration legal status eligibility.
• Represent clients in court and file legal documents.
