What You’ll Do

You’ll join a dedicated department of attorneys, DOJ reps, and support staff within a wider agency of civil legal service providers.

As a Senior Immigration Attorney on our team, you will:

  • Be the Shield: Expertly guide and represent clients through the complexities of deportation and removal proceedings before the EOIR.
  • Amplify Voices: Advocate fiercely in Master Calendar Hearings, Individual Hearings, and through compelling BIA briefs.
  • Navigate the System: Strategically pursue affirmative immigration options and crucial state court actions to fortify our clients' defense.
  • Inspire and Elevate: Mentor fellow attorneys, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of growth within our immigration team.
  • Connect and Empower: Collaborate with community partners, amplifying our collective impact and ensuring comprehensive support for those we serve.
  • Shape the Future: Contribute your insights to program development, helping us reach more individuals in need.
