Job summary

You will gather documents, review case materials, manage data in our case management system, and communicate progress to clients and supervisors while ensuring regulatory compliance and data privacy

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; proofreading and fluent prose.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and raise issues to supervisor.
• Experience in a customer-facing or client-service role enhances performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of the firm, immigration case types, and client processes.
• Prepare and file immigration petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing.
• Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts to provide timely case status updates.
• Meet SLA deadlines and report case progress to supervisor.
• Compile and summarize data within case management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and team.
• Contribute to team and individual productivity goals, showing initiative and flexibility.
• Follow firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance.
