Job summary

WongDoody GmbH is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Immersive Experiences EMEA. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities, driving revenue, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships across Germany and Europe.

You will lead cross-functional teams to craft tailored MarTech and CGI-based solutions for global brands. You will collaborate with senior industry leaders, shape go-to-market strategies, and manage the end-to-end business

Qualifications

4+ years of B2B sales experience in digital, agency or tech-led environments.
Proven success selling complex CGI, production, creative and MarTech solutions.
Contract writing, pricing strategy, negotiation, and compliance experience.
Experience crafting and delivering RFP/tender responses with cross-functional teams.
Project management capability to manage scope, timelines, risks and quality.

Responsibilities

Manage the full business development cycle from acquisition to closing.
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities and shape growth strategies.
Build relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
Define proposals with SME input and develop pricing strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional responses to RFPs and ensure compliant, on-brand submissions.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and account planning.
