Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Sonography with completed clinical hours.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant ultrasound experience.
• State licensure may be required depending on the state of practice and ARDMS/ARRT/CCI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment and software, primarily ultrasound, to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• Serve as lead when direct leadership is unavailable and act as an expert resource.
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced staff.
• Maintain imaging standards and ensure patient safety; communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
