Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s HealthIT department seeks a Senior Imaging Analyst to join the Enterprise Imaging team in Nashville. The role focuses on design, implementation, and optimization of Sectra PACS across clinical and research workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of direct Sectra PACS imaging experience, proficiency with DICOM, HL7 interfacing, and experience with Epic systems. Hybrid onsite work in Nashville is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with imaging workflows and translating clinical requirements to IT deliverables.
• 5+ years of direct Sectra PACS administrative imaging experience.
• Project management experience for Radiology/Cardiology projects.
• Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting imaging workflows.
• Expertise with DICOM; CIIP a plus.
• CVIS or RIS experience (Epic Cupid/Radiant).
• HIS/EHR experience (Epic).
• HL7 interfacing experience and troubleshooting.
• PowerDictation/Voice dictation experience (PowerScribe360/One).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Sectra PACS and related imaging workflows.
• Lead enterprise imaging initiatives and coordinate with radiology, IT, and clinical leadership.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, migrations, and hardware refreshes.
• Ensure 24x7 stability, monitoring, and performance of imaging systems.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and drive continuous improvement.
