Job summary

Vanderbilt Health seeks a Senior Imaging Analyst to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Sectra PACS within Enterprise Imaging. You will partner with Radiology, Cardiology, IT, and leadership to ensure secure, reliable imaging workflows and 24x7 service delivery across a large academic health system.

The role demands 5+ years of Sectra PACS imaging experience, strong project management, and deep understanding of DICOM, HL7, and RIS/EHR interfaces.

Qualifications

Experience with Imaging workflows and translating clinical requirements to IT deliverables.
5+ years direct Sectra PACS administrative imaging experience.
Project management experience for Radiology or Cardiology projects.
Hands-on imaging workflow implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
CIIP certification a plus.
CVIS or RIS experience (Epic Cupid, Radiant).
HIS/EHR experience (Epic).
HL7 interfacing experience.
PowerScribe experience.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize Sectra PACS and related imaging workflows.
Lead enterprise imaging initiatives and provide expert troubleshooting.
Coordinate with Radiology, Cardiology, IT, Clinical Engineering, and leadership to ensure reliable imaging services.
Manage system upgrades, patches, migrations, and hardware refreshes.
Support 24x7 operations and on-call rotations.
