Job summary

FirstMile Ventures is looking for a Lead Image Retoucher in Denver to create and manage KPI-driven post production processes for e-commerce product photography. You will conduct photo retouching, develop editing templates, and oversee both freelancers and internal coordinators during production.

The ideal candidate should have over 4 years in the Post Production field, advance skills in Adobe Photoshop, and a detail-oriented eye for aesthetics. The position offers a competitive salary, unlimited PTO, and paid company holidays.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Post Production field.
• Must be available to work on-site in our Denver studio.
• Advanced experience in Adobe Photoshop and non-destructive editing techniques.
• Experience with high volume e-commerce photo editing workflows.
• Detail-oriented eye for aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Manage KPI-driven post production processes for e-commerce photography.
• Conduct photo retouching including wrinkle removal and color changes.
• Develop detailed editing templates and specs for freelancers.
• Recruit, train, and direct freelancers and 3rd party partners.
• Maintain strict quality control standards.
