Job summary

FirstMile Ventures is seeking a Lead Ecommerce Stylist to grow and enhance styling capabilities and team performance. This role involves elevating product presentation for retail and online audiences, demanding a keen understanding of e-commerce styling and high-volume production. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for creative solutions to styling challenges.

The position includes managing on-set teams, training stylists, and developing strategies for different types of productions. An annual bonus and flexible PTO are included in compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional styling experience, ideally in e-commerce or high-volume content production.
• Deep expertise in styling for apparel, footwear, accessories, and equipment brands.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and test new styling techniques.
• Develop and implement styling strategies to achieve creative and productivity goals.
• Style different product types ranging from apparel to accessories.
