Job summary

VTG is seeking Senior Program Managers (ILS) to support the AN/SQQ-89(V) Undersea Warfare Systems Lifecycle Support program in Hampton Roads, VA, and Pearl Harbor, HI. These roles manage provisioning, maintenance engineering, technical data, and supply support under Senior ILS Managers.

Responsibilities include developing MIPs, MRCs, LOARs, coordinating NAVSUP and TSA interfaces, handling FLIS/Navy documentation, and supporting warehouse operations with a 2-hour CASREP SLA.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain DoD SECRET clearance.
• 5 to 15 years of Navy ILS/logistics experience (Bachelor's degree substitutes per program requirements)
• Working knowledge of ICAPS-CS, FLIS, and Navy provisioning processes
• Experience with MIP/MRC development and Navy maintenance planning documentation
• Familiarity with NAVSEA data item descriptions and technical deliverable standards preferred
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related field preferred
• AN/SQQ-89 or surface ship combat system experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIPs, MRCs, and LOARs.
• Prepare provisioning data (PTD) using ICAPS-CS across configurations.
• Coordinate NAVSUP and TSA interfaces for NSN establishment.
• Execute APL/AEL maintenance, FLIS updates, and data changes.
• Support LORA analysis and depot certification coordination.
• Manage OMMS-NG data entries and ILS audit prep.
• Support warehouse operations and CASREP response with 2-hour SLA.
• Prepare PHS&T documentation and attach J-6 coordination.
• Assist configuration management including CSA DB and ECO tracking.
• Support QPRs, ILS Working Groups, and RMC collaborations with data prep.
