Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with and supporting Microsoft IIS.
• Experience with root cause analysis of issues and troubleshooting Web applications.
• Strong competency in Networking concepts/protocols, load balancers and monitoring tools.
• Problem Management experience.
• Strong communication skills to participate actively in bridge calls.
