Job summary

Sonoma Consulting Inc. is looking for an experienced IT professional in Arlington Heights, Illinois, for a full-time role focused on IBM WMB and IIB technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, and at least 7 years in the IT field. Responsibilities include optimizing performance and executing tests using various tools.

• Hands‑on with good knowledge of the tool and its operation.
• Knowledge of various testing tools such as SOAP UI, RFH UTIL, etc. for test execution.
• Comfortable with protocols in WMB such as MQ, MQTT, SOAP, or HTTP, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to articulate technical ideas well.
• Good at ESQL coding/mapping nodes and transformations.
• Capable of performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 7+ years of experience with IT.
