Stellantis is seeking an experienced CPA to lead technical accounting research, develop position papers, and advise Corporate Accounting and Finance teams on complex issues under IFRS. The role emphasizes clear communication to non-finance stakeholders and collaboration across functions.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, CPA, and 5+ years in public accounting plus private industry accounting, with strong MS Office skills and project management abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related degree.
• CPA or equivalent international designation required.
• 5+ years of combined public accounting and private industry accounting experience (Big 4 or large regional firm preferred).
• Experience researching, documenting, and concluding on complex technical accounting issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex topics to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to prepare executive-level materials.

Aufgaben

• Research, assess, interpret, and document complex accounting issues under IFRS, including revenue recognition, business combinations, joint ventures, derivatives, leases, government incentives, asset impairments, provisions, and restructuring activities.
• Prepare and review formal technical accounting position papers to support accounting conclusions for significant non-routine transactions and business arrangements ensuring alignment with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
• Serve as a primary technical accounting advisor to Corporate Accounting and Finance teams, translating complex accounting guidance into clear, practical recommendations for non‑finance stakeholders.
