Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec North America, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Financial Compliance Analyst to drive IFRS alignment across policies, processes, and reporting.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams and external auditors in a multinational environment with intercompany, inventory, and manufacturing accounting challenges. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on finance expertise, deep IFRS knowledge, and experience implementing ERP and reporting improvements within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA.
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or inventory‑intensive industries preferred.
• Experience in multinational organizations and multi‑currency environments required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Ensure consistent application of IFRS accounting policies across North America entities and operations.
• Support the implementation and evaluation of new/revised IFRS standards and assess their impact.
• Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and process documentation to support compliance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX/internal control frameworks, governance policies, and external audit requirements.
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders during audits, reviews, and regulatory reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes with timely, accurate reporting.
