MCI is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to provide precise financial support for the MarketForce team. You will deliver accurate reports, perform reconciliations, support audits, and analyze key data to drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience, strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite, along with advanced Excel skills. This role operates in a professional office environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• ERP systems proficiency (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform complex reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and variance analyses.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to meet deadlines.
• Assist audits with schedules, documentation, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with operations, FP&A, and payroll for accurate cost reporting.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes.
• Provide analysis on key metrics to support management decisions.
• Support system upgrades including data validation and testing.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and special projects.
