Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education and state teaching certificate.
• 3+ years of teaching experience and IEP team involvement.
• Advanced certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IEP development, meetings, reviews, assessments, records, and timelines.
• Maintain strong state and federal special education compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner with educators and leadership on accommodations, instructional supports, data, and student placement.
• Support families and train staff throughout the special education process.
• Oversee IEP-required accommodations for state testing.
