Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking a Senior IDMC PIM Architect to lead product data governance and P360 implementations from a remote-first posture with preferred on-site Boston/Marlborough involvement. You will design taxonomies, integrate with DAM and CMS systems, and drive data quality and migration programs across enterprise platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in PIM/MDM, deep P360 expertise, strong API/ETL capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and digital

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Product 360 (P360).
• Experience in Product Data Modeling, Taxonomy & Classification Management, Metadata Management, and Data Governance.
• Experience integrating P360 with Aprimo DAM and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, ETL and cloud integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Informatica P360 SaaS.
• Design and manage product hierarchies, taxonomies, classifications, attribute models, and governance workflows.
• Integrate P360 with Aprimo DAM, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ERP, eCommerce, and downstream applications.
• Implement and maintain enterprise taxonomy and ontology frameworks using PoolParty.
• Support product onboarding, enrichment, approval, and content syndication processes.
• Define and enforce product data quality, validation, and governance standards.
• Lead product data migration and integration initiatives using APIs and cloud integration tools.
• Collaborate with business, merchandising, marketing, and digital teams to deliver scalable PIM solutions.

About the job you’re considering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Life Sciences, Med Tech and eCommerce industries.
• Informatica P360/MDM certifications.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, or Shopify integrations.
