Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Senior Identity Security Engineer to own the security posture of Palantir's identity infrastructure across workforce, customer, workload, and agentic identities. You will shape the technical direction, reduce standing access, and drive governance, RBAC/ABAC, and policy enforcement across identity surfaces.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce attack surfaces, perform threat modeling, and push forward novel identity primitives while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Information Security or IAM with identity focus
• Hands-on with at least one enterprise identity provider (Entra ID or Okta)
• Proficient in identity protocols and attack surface
• Proficient in Go, Python, PowerShell, or TS for tooling

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day identity security posture across enterprise and customers
• Roll out agent identity infrastructure with short-lived credentials
• Architect authentication, federation, and access control models across workforce/workload identity
• Scale non-human identity patterns (mTLS, short-lived credentials)
• Lead identity threat modeling and publish findings
• Review identity architecture decisions with cross-team RFCs
