Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Security Engineer focused on Identity and Access Management to strengthen our defense technology platform. You will design an IAM driven by standards, build scalable authentication systems, and integrate with IdPs and cloud services.

Collaborate across teams, drive architecture reviews, and implement lifecycle automation. Eligible for a US TS clearance; you will work on critical projects with high impact and competitive compensation at Anduril.

Qualifications

• Strong programming ability in Go or Rust with production experience.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Experience with identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth) or IdPs (Okta, Azure AD).
• Ability to translate system design requirements into clean implementations.
• Experience leading or contributing to architecture and design reviews.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deploying applications through CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build an identity engine that powers the whole company and supercharges our security program.
• Create applications that enable and enforce our identity framework across the company.
• Develop integrations that unify identities across IdPs, cloud providers, SaaS tools, and internal systems.
• Automate identity lifecycle operations: provisioning, access reviews, offboarding.
• Collaborate with IAM engineers and partner teams to define architecture and ship iteratively.
