Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Security Engineer focused on Identity and Access Management to strengthen our security posture across the organization. You will design and build an identity engine, implement frameworks, and integrate IdPs, cloud services, and internal systems.

You will collaborate across teams to define architecture, automate provisioning and offboarding, and drive secure, scalable identity solutions in a fast-growth defense technology environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more general purpose languages (Go, Rust).
• Experience with IaC languages (Terraform, AWS CDK) in production.
• Familiar with identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth) or IdPs (Okta, Azure AD).
• Ability to translate system design requirements into clean implementations.
• Experience leading or contributing to architecture/design reviews.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deploying apps via CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build an identity engine powering the company and security program.
• Create applications enforcing the identity framework across the company.
• Develop integrations unifying identities across IdPs, cloud providers, SaaS, and internal systems.
• Automate identity lifecycle operations: provisioning, access reviews, offboarding.
• Collaborate with IAM engineers and partner teams to define architecture and ship iteratively.
