Job summary

Walmart is seeking a senior, hands‑on engineer to build, modernize, and operate the enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ platform from Bentonville, AR. You will design identity lifecycle workflows, access controls, and governance across AD, Entra ID, Workday, RACF, and cloud environments using Java, APIs, and automation.

You will lead upgrades, hardening, monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery while balancing security, reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

• Identity governance expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ and related IAM platforms.
• Experience designing identity lifecycle workflows, access requests, certifications, and role governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and maintain system security plans and conduct risk assessments.
• Automate infrastructure tasks with scripting and automation tools.
• Perform routine maintenance including backups, patching, and monitoring.
• Collaborate on requirement analysis and design tradeoffs for modular components.
• Manage capacity planning and optimize resource usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues to maintain integrity.
