Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and support Ping Identity solutions including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingOne MFA
• Configure and support SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
• Support cloud IAM migration initiatives from on-prem to SaaS/cloud platforms
• Work directly with application owners and technical teams for onboarding and troubleshooting
• Support MFA implementations using PingID/PingOne MFA
• Troubleshoot authentication and API issues in L3 production environments
• Test authentication and authorization flows using REST APIs and Postman
• Support identity orchestration initiatives using PingOne DaVinci or similar tools

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM engineering experience
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Ping Identity solutions
• Strong expertise in:
  • PingFederate
  • PingAccess
  • PingOne / PingOne MFA
  • Ping Directory
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP
• Experience with enterprise IAM implementations and cloud migration projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PingOne DaVinci
• Experience with API security and token‑based authentication
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration experience
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Groovy)
• Experience with FIDO2/passkeys and modern authentication methods
• Ping Identity certifications preferred
