Job summary
AWD online is seeking a Senior Identity Consultant to shape complex identity transformation programmes across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid environments. You will lead discovery, design and planning, turning customer requirements and risks into clear approaches, with strong stakeholder leadership.
The role is remote/home-based with UK and international travel to customer sites and Bristol HQ; you will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and contribute to delivery plans
Qualifications
- Essential consultancy experience leading discovery, design and planning activities.
- Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale Active Directory migrations or restructures.
- Strong Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer workshops and shape target-state identity approaches.
- Plan and execute Active Directory transformations and migrations.
- Advise on directory services, security baselines and migration readiness.
- Provide guidance across Entra ID, Entra Connect, authentication methods and conditional access.
- Produce technical documentation, runbooks and migration plans.
- Stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration to ensure delivery.
