Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a hands-on delivery leader to own identity workstreams, driving architecture, planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment across hybrid identity and Entra ID. You will design and lead identity solution implementations covering SSO, MFA, passwordless, RBAC/ABAC/PBAC, and IGA initiatives; produce runbooks, runbooks, and decision documentation.

• Own identity workstreams as a hands-on delivery leader, driving architecture, implementation planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder alignment.
• Focus on Microsoft identity platforms, including Active Directory and Entra ID, with additional exposure to IGA and modern authentication patterns.
