What You'll Do

Summary/Objective: The Sr. IAM Identity and Access Management Engineer will design and develop processes and technologies for provisioning, maintaining, and de-provisioning access through automation and manual efforts. The role involves building tools to improve efficiency, supporting Privileged Access Management Systems, and working in a collaborative, semi-agile environment while ensuring compliance with security policies.

Essential Functions:

• Design, engineer, and develop access provisioning, management, and deprovisioning automation for on-premises and Cloud solutions.
• Manage access solutions with CyberArk or related technologies.
• Create and maintain infrastructure for CyberArk, AWS IAM via code.
• Lead best practices for digital identity management, including provisioning, management, deprovisioning, and reporting.
• Design, review, and modify user access controls.
• Develop and update documentation, standards, and procedures for identity and access management across 100+ systems.
• Train and mentor team members on configuration tasks using resilient and scalable methodologies like Infrastructure as Code.
• Evaluate and lead large projects and initiatives.
• Establish standards and procedures for the team and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5-7 years in IAM management and compliance.
• Experience with IAM, User Access Lifecycle Management, SSO, Federation, SCIM, NIST Frameworks.
• IAM and PAM tools such as Entra AD, CyberArk, Omada Identity.
• CI/CD pipelines with Terraform, Gitlab, or similar.
• Cloud Security, AWS, and Azure experience.
• Certifications like Security+, CISA, CISSP, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Security are a plus.
• Programming skills in PowerShell, Python, C++ are advantageous.
