Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AD DS: domain services, replication, trusts, and GPO management.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity and directory synchronization.
• Deep understanding of LDAP/LDAPS, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for directory administration and automation.
• Experience troubleshooting complex authentication and identity issues in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of AD security, privileged access, and identity security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for directory services issues; on-call rotation as needed.
• Monitor and improve logging, monitoring and alerting standards for IAM systems.
• Manage access controls, user permissions, and RBAC across AD/Entra environments.
• Plan upgrades and patches; coordinate with local and offshore teams and SMEs.
• Develop automation to improve end-user experience and operational quality.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate directory services with other apps and systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of outages and implement corrective actions.
