Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Security Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management to build a scalable identity engine and defend critical systems. You will implement an enterprise-wide identity framework, integrate IdPs, cloud services, and internal apps, and automate lifecycle processes within a fast-paced defense technology environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong Go or Rust skills, IAM protocol experience, and a track record of architectural collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong programming ability in Go and/or Rust.
• Production experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK).
• Experience with identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth) or identity providers (Okta, Azure AD).
• Translate system design requirements into clean, maintainable implementations.
• Experience leading or contributing to architecture and design reviews.
• Cloud platforms experience and deploying applications through CI/CD pipelines.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build an identity engine that powers the whole company and supercharges our security program.
• Create applications that enable and enforce our identity framework across the company.
• Develop integrations that unify identities across IdPs, cloud providers, SaaS tools, and internal systems.
• Automate identity lifecycle operations: provisioning, access reviews, offboarding.
• Collaborate with other IAM engineers and partner teams to define architecture and ship iteratively.
