Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IdAM expert to lead architecture, integration, and governance of Identity and Access Management across our systems. You will own the IdAM roadmap and drive enhancements to SSO, MFA, and access controls to protect critical data.

The role requires deep experience with IGA platforms (SailPoint/IdentityNow) and collaboration with security, HR, RPA, and business teams to implement scalable provisioning and review processes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IdAM) including IGA, SSO, MFA, AD, and certificates.
• Experience designing, implementing, administering, and improving IdAM solutions.

Job description

• Support the development, execution, and continuous evolution of the IdAM roadmap
• Manage and implement technologies and procedures for provisioning, access changes, and user termination across networks, platforms, and applications
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot automated access control solutions, the IGA platform, and the SSO Identity Provider
• Guide integration of identity management authentication and authorization frameworks into applications
• Lead IdAM architecture, solution, and procedure development
• Develop IdAM KPIs and KRIs, including scorecards and dashboards
• Identify process deficiencies and implement process improvements, reporting, and escalation activities
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Human Resources, RPA, and line-of-business teams
• Manage user provisioning and recommend workflows to streamline and automate processes
• Provide Level 3 support and resolve complex authentication, integration, and automation issues
• Evaluate and process special access requests in compliance with security controls and policies
• Administer User Access Reviews and certification campaigns, including access analysis, exception management, remediation tracking, reporting, and audit activities
• Administer Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity activities related to user and access management
• Create, maintain, and review Policies, Standards, and Operational Procedure Guides
• Create, test, and implement automated provisioning workflows
• Monitor technology and threat environment changes and contribute to the IdAM vision
• Evaluate Access Management system performance and recommend security, governance, and operational enhancements
• Support internal and external audits by providing IdAM evidence, responding to inquiries, and assisting with remediation

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IdAM), including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Active Directory, Digital Certificates, and Certificate Authority technologies
• 5-7 years of experience designing, implementing, administering, enhancing, and continuously improving IdAM solutions
• Advanced knowledge of Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), role mining, and access governance principles
• Advanced knowledge of IdAM platform workflow, connector, integration, customization, and administration
• Strong knowledge of IdAM and information security best practices, standards, and guidelines
• Experience with Kerberos, SSO, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Secure Web Authentication (SWA), and Okta SaaS platform
• SailPoint or similar IGA platform experience preferred
• Ability to provide technical guidance and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud and Okta certifications preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Ability to comply with the stated interview policy prohibiting AI wearables, AT tools, AI applications, or other external assistance
