Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years with Entra ID and on-premises AD in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Entra ID tenant management, app registrations, and SSO.
• Experience designing Tier 0/1/2 administration and privileged access.
• Solid AD DS internals: forests, domains, trusts, GPO, DNS, delegation.
• Experience with Graph API, automation, and scripting.
• Hybrid identity with Entra Connect/Cloud Sync and cloud migration.
• Knowledge of Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and security best practices.
• Azure/Microsoft 365 identity services experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate hybrid identity architectures spanning Entra ID and on-prem AD DS.
• Enforce tiered administration models (Tier 0/1/2) and PAM concepts.
• Manage AD forests, trusts, DNS, GPO, and delegation at scale.
• Manage Entra ID tenants, admin units, RBAC, and security boundaries.
• Implement SSO using OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos/NTLM as needed.
• Automate IAM tasks via Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and Terraform.
• Establish monitoring, governance, and compliance checks across platforms.
• Document architectures and train internal teams on IAM topics.
