Job summary

PwC in the United States seeks a Saviynt Identity and Access Management Sr Associate to help secure and streamline access to systems for employees and clients. You will design and implement identity strategies while mentoring others and guiding client teams through complex access challenges.

The role sits within our Cybersecurity practice, focusing on IAM workstreams, RBAC design, and privileged access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• At least 3 years of IAM experience
• Experience with Saviynt IAM implementations in client settings desired

Responsibilities

• Implement Saviynt identity and access management configurations across enterprise systems
• Analyze access control requirements and translate into RBAC designs
• Administer user access provisioning, modification, and removal across cloud and on‑prem environments
• Support privileged access management activities by reviewing, configuring, and maintaining entitlements
• Troubleshoot identity governance, federation, and authentication issues using logs and docs
• Develop and update technical documentation for access workflows and configurations
• Interpret access data and audit trails to identify anomalies and improvements
• Collaborate with client teams to deliver IAM workstreams and adapt to changing priorities
