Job summary

PwC in Seattle is seeking a Saviynt Identity and Access Management Senior Associate to help secure access to systems for employees and clients while contributing to identity strategy design and implementation.

You will build client relationships, mentor junior staff, and support multiple IAM workstreams within PwC's Cybersecurity practice, translating data into practical recommendations and ensuring governance across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Saviynt IAM implementations in client settings are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Saviynt IAM configurations across enterprise systems.
• Analyze access control requirements and design RBAC.
• Provision, modify, and remove user access across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Support privileged access management by reviewing entitlements.
• Troubleshoot identity governance, federation, and authentication issues.
• Develop and update technical documentation for access workflows and configurations.
• Interpret access data and audit trails to identify anomalies and improvements.
• Collaborate with client teams to deliver IAM workstreams.
