Job summary

Employee Magnets in Grapevine, TX seeks an In-Circuit Test (ICT) Engineer L2 to advance PCB testing and ICT development on the production floor. You will design ICT programs, create fixtures, and collaborate with hardware teams to ensure reliable test coverage.

The role requires 3–5 years in PCB testing, proficiency with ATE systems (TRI, Teradyne, Keysight, SPEA), and knowledge of IPC‑A‑610 standards. On-site in a factory environment with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering required.
• 3–5 years experience in PCB testing and ICT development.
• Experience with ATE systems and ICT test programs.
• Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes and circuit design.
• Proficient with Altium, Eagle, or KiCad for layout.
• Skilled with ICT testers such as TRI, Teradyne, Keysight, SPEA.
• Experience with C, Python, or LabVIEW for test programming.
• Knowledge of JTAG boundary scan and fault diagnostics is a plus.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ICT test programs.
• Create test fixtures and hardware for prototypes to production.
• Work with ATE systems (TRI, Teradyne, Keysight, SPEA).
• Identify and resolve issues in test setups.
• Analyze test failures and troubleshoot at component level.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure testability of PCBs.
• Maintain ICT equipment and perform software/hardware updates.
• Develop strategies to improve test coverage and reduce test time.
• Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and ISO standards.
