Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate in Risk Advisory to join our team. You will work with senior members to assess internal controls over financial reporting, develop remediation roadmaps, and perform ICFR risk assessments.

You will contribute to client engagements and support governance, risk and compliance initiatives. The role requires a strong foundation in accounting, SOX, and internal controls, with client-facing responsibilities and opportunities to travel to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Relevant certification preferred: CPA, CIA, and/or CISA.
• Minimum 3 years in external audit or risk advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Understand client objectives and regulatory environment.
• Assist projects in Sarbanes‑Oxley Compliance/Internal Controls.
• Perform ICFR risk assessments for financial reporting.
