• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the mixing and pasteurization department.
• Supervise Mixing Supervisors, Leads, and Operators.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other regulatory requirements.
