Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks an experienced IBM Sterling Integrator Analyst in Columbia, SC to lead end-to-end B2B integrations, onboarding partners, and implementing secure data transfers. The role requires hands-on problem solving across SI, SFG, ITX, and Connect:Direct components.

Responsibilities include designing workflows, testing implementations, and delivering well-documented, production-ready integrations within a customer-focused project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Extensive experience with end-to-end IBM Sterling integration suites and ITX mappings.
• Strong understanding of B2B integration concepts and partner connectivity protocols.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and trading partners, then design and develop IBM Sterling integration assets (profiles, BPML, adapters, services).
• Lead onboarding and testing of trading partners, establish secure connectivity (SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, AWS S3, Connect:Direct).
• Manage system administration tasks, troubleshoot across platforms, document solutions and provide on-call support.
