Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 8–12 years related experience or Master’s with 5–7 years equivalent industry experience or PhD with 2–4 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into Maximo-based solutions.
• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical requirements.
• Build and support integrations using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework.
• Enhance Maximo with configurations, workflows, automation scripts, and BIRT reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Create validation documents, test plans and execute test cases.
• Maintain system documentation including design specs and user guides.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to continuous learning.
