You will lead design and development, mentor team members, optimize reporting performance, and collaborate with DBAs and business stakeholders to deliver BI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in IBM Cognos and BI reporting.
• Experience designing Cognos Framework Manager models and Data Modules.
• Strong SQL skills for Oracle and DB2 databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of IBM Cognos reporting solutions.
• Design and manage Framework Manager models, packages, and Data Modules.
• Develop complex reports, dashboards, and BI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for Oracle and DB2 databases to ensure reporting performance.
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, data, and performance issues.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, DBAs, and project teams to deliver BI solutions.
