Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SIEM/SOAR administration and security operations, with strong Splunk expertise and advanced threat detection support.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM, including expert-level access management and MFA expertise.
• Expert-level troubleshooting and production support across Windows and Linux, including OpenShift.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Oracle, plus scripting with PowerShell/Unix and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity production support for IAM and Splunk platforms in a regulated financial services environment.
• Monitor security and operational signals, respond to incidents, triage issues, and drive root cause analysis.
• Configure and optimize SIEM/SOAR, including searches, dashboards, alerts, and playbooks; develop detection rules.
• Support 24x7 operations, including on-call coverage and off-hours work while complying with policies.
