Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies LLC is seeking an IAM Administrator to lead access control management across the organization. You will review the enablement matrix, determine role-based access requirements, and collaborate with app admins, functional leads, and support teams to keep permissions accurate.

The role emphasizes provisioning and deprovisioning, maintaining SailPoint ISC workflows, and applying break‑fix actions on related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems.
• Experience designing role-based access controls and enablement matrices.
• Familiarity with SailPoint ISC, AD, and SAP GRC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand the organization’s enablement matrix by function.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify access requirements by role.
• Work with app admins, functional leads, and support to refine and maintain matrices.
• Initiate provisioning actions to grant access rights per roles.
• Execute deprovisioning promptly when roles change or access is no longer required.

Key Responsibilities: Access Control Management

• Review and understand the organization's predefined enablement matrix by functional position.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify access requirements for individuals based on their roles.
• Work with app admins, functional leads, and technical support teams to ensure the matrices are continually refined and accurate.

Provisions and Deprovisions

• Initiate provisioning actions to grant access rights to users as per their functional roles.
• Execute deprovisioning actions promptly when users change roles, leave the organization, or no longer require access.
• Uses a combination of SailPoint ISC, Active Directory, and SAP GRC.

SailPoint Operations

• Maintain existing workflows and system processes in SailPoint ISC.
• Apply break‑fix actions to SailPoint ISC, on‑prem virtual appliances, and other associated systems following the change control process.
