Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot a diverse range of Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals to align security management with business goals and to deliver strategy, assessments, and implementations of IAM solutions.

The role involves hands-on configuration of IAM connectors, workflows, and policies, leveraging Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO in complex client

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IGA platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt EIC)
• Experience designing RBAC and role lifecycle governance
• Knowledge of identity governance, access reviews, and entitlement governance
• Familiarity with cloud IAM concepts (Entra ID, LDAP, OAuth/SAML)
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders on IAM solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions for enterprise environments.
• Develop and configure policies, connectors, and rules for IAM platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
