Capgemini Government Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior IT Security Specialist to support a federal client. The role focuses on IAM, access control, audit support, and security compliance, delivering risk assessments, reporting, and governance across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance on security tools and best practices, with strong communication skills and collaboration across teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity programs using the NIST RMF.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Access Control, and/or security log analysis.
• Experience implementing enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience conducting or leading security assessments of applications and IT systems.
• Experience with SailPoint, ServiceNow, Imperva, or similar security tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor user access across enterprise systems and applications.
• Support IAM functions, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
• Conduct security audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Analyze security data and develop reports, policies, procedures, and presentations.
• Support audit requests and recommend process and security improvements.
• Evaluate security controls, risks, and operational effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance on security tools and cybersecurity best practices.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
