Milliman IntelliScript is seeking a Staff Information Security Engineer to strengthen security across IAM, cloud services, and SDLC governance. You will partner with Platform Engineering and Software Development to implement security controls, monitor threats, and guide secure design.

The role emphasizes proactive risk mitigation, security architecture, and hands-on engineering in a fast-growing SaaS environment. The team values collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Identity Access Management.
• 5+ years of hands-on technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Identity Access Management programs.
• Improve, monitor and maintain our Information Security Program.
• Execute security initiatives related to infrastructure, product and data.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of security work and make recommendations.
• Work with developers to improve security of product features.
• Design and implement security controls to protect our application and data.
• Monitor security events and respond to incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate security into SDLC.
• Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities and devise mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and train developers to raise security awareness.
