Milliman IntelliScript is seeking a Director of Information Security to lead our company-wide InfoSec program, ensuring top-tier security for our SaaS solutions. You will shape the strategy, manage risk across the organization, and collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to implement security-by-design across cloud-native and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security leadership and programs
• 5+ years of managing information security functions and employees
• Experience with cloud migrations, cloud-native development and hybrid environments
• Certification such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc. and knowledge of HIPAA/PHI/PII obligations
• Experience in software/SaaS environments and Agile development practices

Responsibilities

• Lead security strategy and program across IntelliScript
• Own enterprise security risk management and governance
• Partner with engineering, product, and IT teams to embed security
• Oversee vulnerability management, testing, and threat monitoring
• Lead security operations, incident readiness, and response
• Drive compliance activities including SOC and HITRUST certifications
