Job summary
State Street is seeking an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Analyst to support our IAM program, focusing on access certification optimization and SailPoint onboarding. You will partner with stakeholders to enhance entitlement governance, onboard applications, and implement automated provisioning and compliance controls.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of access certification experience and SailPoint integration or administration.
- 3–5 years of IAM domain experience including SailPoint onboarding and entitlement management.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of access certification processes to enhance review quality and compliance.
- Partner with business units to analyze entitlement models and optimize birthright access and certification efficiency.
- Develop metrics and governance recommendations to improve certification effectiveness.
- Collaborate with application owners and technical teams to understand access models and provisioning/deprovisioning processes.
- Onboard applications into SailPoint using appropriate integration methods and governance requirements.
- Guide SailPoint onboarding standards and best practices across SDLC lifecycles.
