Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group is seeking a Senior Security Engineer with IAM expertise to design and operate enterprise IAM across hybrid environments, spanning on‑prem and cloud. You will advance Zero Trust, strengthen access governance, and automate identity processes with PowerShell and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, CS, mathematics or engineering.
• 5+ years related IAM experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience designing and supporting IAM in hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain enterprise IAM across hybrid environments.
• Drive Zero Trust adoption and secure identity governance and privileged access.
• Automate identity workflows and integrate AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audit readiness and compliance.
