• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent with 8 years of IT experience, or Master's with 6+ years of IT experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity solutions in large-scale environments.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust level 4 clearance.

• Implement and maintain Microsoft Entra ID solutions for complex organizations.
• Lead migrations from on-premises AD to Entra ID with cutover and rollback planning.
• Design and implement advanced identity management tooling and automation.
• Develop runbooks, standards, and documentation; mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Provide escalation support and perform root-cause analysis for identity incidents.
• Evaluate new Microsoft identity technologies and recommend adoption.
