Job summary
CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Senior Engineer to join its Information Technology team in a role supporting hybrid identity environments, on-prem and cloud workloads. The candidate will design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions across Enterprise platforms, focusing on security, governance, and lifecycle automation.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in hybrid identity environments.
- Experience with Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM, and identity governance solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience administering Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Responsibilities
- Execute the implementation and maintenance of IAM infrastructure.
- Plan and execute IAM projects aligning with security standards.
- Automate identity lifecycle management and access provisioning.
- Integrate Entra ID with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor juniors.
