Job summary

CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm, seeks an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Senior Engineer to join its Information Technology team in a hybrid environment. You will lead IAM programs across cloud and on-premises, implementing secure identity architectures and governance.

You will design RBAC models, manage Entra ID and AD, and mentor junior staff while supporting critical IAM systems and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in identity and access management or related field.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience implementing Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM and identity governance solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and modern authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with PingOne and enterprise identity platforms is a plus.
• Experience with IaC and automation tooling (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Execute the implementation and maintenance of IAM infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Plan and execute IAM projects ensuring alignment with security standards and timelines.
• Automate identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and governance controls.
• Integrate Entra ID with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and third-party apps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical IAM systems and services.
• Design RBAC models and access governance frameworks.
• Support identity governance and administration capabilities and certifications.
