Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to design, implement, and maintain identity policies across platforms, with ForgeRock/OpenIDM and OpenDS experience, Linux administration, and automation via Bash/Python.

Responsibilities include monitoring, upgrades, troubleshooting, DR, and collaborating with security and infra teams; on-call rotation and mentoring will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management or directory services.
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock OpenIDM and/or OpenDS.
• Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL preferred).
• Proficiency in Bash and Python for automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ForgeRock/OpenIDM and OpenDS in production and non-production.
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity planning.
• Manage directory replication, schema extensions, indexing, and access control policies.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and configuration changes in accordance with change management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM directory services and authentication workflows.
• Maintain high availability and disaster recovery configurations for IAM infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks (Bash, Python).
• Produce and maintain technical documentation including runbooks and diagrams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident escalation.
